Campaign reports are centered around campaign templates.   Below is a list of the available reports in this section as well as a description of what you can expect to see.

About The Reports

Response Rate by Campaign

Parameter Prompts: none

Grouped by:  Campaign Template

Description:  This report shows the number of leads that have responded, the total number of mailings sent and the response rate for each Campaign Template.

This report is great to use to compare how your campaigns are doing.  You’ll quickly see which are the successful ones and which ones are failing.

Response Rate by Campaign Mailing

Parameter Prompts: none

Grouped by:  Campaign Template, Sequence Number

Description:  This report shows the number of leads that have responded, the total number of mailings sent and the response rate for each Campaign Template Sequence Number.

This report is good to use so you can see how each mailing has done for a given campaign.  Use this to compare to similar campaigns to see how different letters perform in a similar sequence position.

 

Response Rate by Lead Type

Parameter Prompts: none

Grouped by:  Lead Type

Description:  This report shows the number of leads that have responded, the total number of mailings sent and the response rate for each Lead Type.

This report is best used to determine which Lead Type is  yielding the best response rate.  This doesn’t show you which is giving you the most deals however.

Recent Mailed

Parameter Prompts:  Time Period

Grouped by:  Lead Type, Lead

Description:  This report shows all of the mailings that have been sent out over the selected period of time.  It is broken down by Lead Type and then lists all the individual leads that were mailed to.

This report is good to use if you have partners, as they can call up this report to see which leads have been recently mailed too.  It is a good weekly or monthly report to review as well to make sure your direct mail numbers are meeting your goals.
